Since it is an open cuff it is slightly adjustable but select the size closest to your fit. Please see photo for how to determine your size.
small: approximately 2.25 inches (57,15 mm) in diameter
medium: approximately 2.5 inches (63,5 mm) in diameter
large: approximately 2.75 inches (69,85 mm) in diameter
